Children's Quilts

These are quilts made by children that attended a week long quilt camp. Each year the ladies and gentleman in the local quilting quild volunteer to help children learn to quilt. Fabric’s are sorted, cut into strips and made into kits before the children arrive. The volunteers take their sewing machines, patience’s and smiles. Each child picked out a quilt kit, sewed the blocks, added a border and tied their quilt. At the end of the week they each took home their completed projects. The Volunteers took home a warm spot in their hearts knowing that another generation of future quilters had just hit our area.
