Grandmothers Quilt

Check out this beauty that was made by a beloved grandmother. The granddaughter frequently threw this on the floor and tossed it in the car of her busy family. She hadn’t even thought of the history till she saw our wed site. We shared the history and discussed repairs with our quilting sisters. By replacing a few broken stitches and adding a new binding we gave this granddaughter a treasure to pass on to her children.
